  • Open Your Blogger Account
  • Click On Template
  • Now Click On Customize
  • After Click On Customize Click On Advanced 
  • And Select Add CSS And Paste The Below Code

  • After Paste The Code Change Bullet Icon URL With Your Icon Url
  • Now Save Your Template And Checked Your Blog
